Solar Stock Returns and Refund policy

We accept all returns provided the following criteria are met:

- the item has been installed according to manufacturer guidelines 

-the item is within manufacturer warranty time line

- You have the original packaging for Inverter/Battery

- original proof of purchase

Non-returnable Items:

- Pre-cut cable

Please note – in the event of an exchange or refund , items have to be returned to the following address :

54B Lauda Rd, Killarney Gardens, Cape Town, 7441

The item will be inspected by our sales and technical department where after the customer will be notified of the outcome.

If approved, a refund/return/repair will be processed within a period of 30 days.

If returned goods are found to be tampered with or damaged, no refund will be actioned.

If a product is out of warranty , repairs will be at the customers expense.
