Shipping policy
Thank you for considering our solar equipment for your energy needs. We are committed to
providing you with high-quality products and excellent customer service. Our shipping policy is
designed to ensure that your orders are delivered on time and in good condition.
Kindly note, as delivery is arranged at customer’s request, an order is considered fulfilled once the
stock leaves with the courier, and loss or damage to goods will become the responsibility of the
customer.
1. MTS Solar Pty Ltd offer standard shipping
2. Processing and shipping Time: All orders will be processed and delivered within 2-7 business days. If
an order is received on a holiday or weekend, it will be processed on the next business day.
3. Shipping Costs: Shipping costs will vary based on the shipping method you choose, the weight and
dimensions of the package, and your location. The shipping costs will be calculated on request.
4. Additional packaging costs may be incurred by the customer when requesting MTS SOLAR (PTY) LTD
to ship solar panels. Goods that are fragile need packaging which will incur an additional fee
5. Order Tracking: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You
can use this tracking number to track your package online.
6. Damaged or Lost Shipments: In the rare event that your shipment is damaged or lost during transit,
please contact us immediately so that we can initiate a claim with the shipping carrier. We will work
with the carrier to resolve the issue.
7. Insurance: Insurance is not part of our standard shipping procedure. Should you require insurance,
this can be quoted on request.
